can be entered through the enclosed Registration Form.

the Course Secretariat.

10% additional cost for registrations entered after
the 15th September 2008
There will be a 50% reduction on the registration
fee for Trainees in Vascular Surgery, Cardiology and
Radiology. Members of the European Association of Vascular
Surgeons in Training (EAVST) will also be granted a
50% discount.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the three-day Course.
- Book of the Course.
- Attendance to the Opening Ceremony with welcome cocktail.
- Coffee-breaks and lunches for the three days of the Course.
- Certificate of Attendance and Accreditation.
